Mike Finkelstein is a contemporary photographer and fine artist from Brooklyn, New York. He is passionate about keeping alive the physicality of the medium by shooting almost all of his work on film. Using mostly large and medium format cameras, his images capture the elusive and rapidly evolving landscape of contemporary America.
Mike is an accomplished real estate and commercial photographer whose work has been featured by several of New York City’s leading realtors. Mike also makes time to attend Pratt Institute where he focuses on his personal work in exchange for personal debt. He will graduate in the coming months with a BFA in Photography and is looking forward to beginning a career in making images.
